What to know before you send a request.
Which rack options are there?
The request form offers 14U and 42U racks. A 42U rack comes with a fixed 3 kW of power; usage above that is charged at the current tariff.
How does rack rental differ from colocation?
With rack rental the whole rack is reserved for you. If you have one or a few servers, our colocation service prices by server size (1U, 2U, 4U) and meters the power.
How do I choose the internet connection and traffic?
In the form you can pick a 1 Gbps port or a 100 Mbps line and choose metered or unlimited traffic.
Can I get an IP block?
You can request IP blocks from /30 to /26. If your company has its own IP addresses, you can use those in our data center too.
Do you offer a firewall?
Yes, you can request an optional firewall in the form.
What happens after I send my request?
