Posta Merkezi — Privacy Policy
What data the Posta Merkezi app processes, why, and your rights.
Controller: Sunucupark (destek@sunucupark.com, support tickets). Posta Merkezi is a corporate e-mail client for your organisation’s mail server. The app does not create or store your mail on its own; content stays on your organisation’s server and is relayed through the Sunucupark gateway over TLS.
Data we process
Your e-mail address and display name (to sign you in); session tokens (kept in the device’s secure storage and encrypted on the gateway); device information (model, OS version, app version, installation id, push token) and notification preferences (to deliver push notifications); mail, calendar, contact and task content (displayed in the app and cached on the device for offline use; the cache is deleted on sign-out). Your password is sent to the server only at sign-in and is never stored.
No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. No location. No access to the device address book.
Push notifications
Delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging and the Apple Push Notification service; you can disable them or hide their content with “private mode” in Settings → Notifications.
Permissions
All optional: notifications; camera and photos only when you attach a file; Face ID / fingerprint for the app lock (biometric data never leaves the device).
Retention and your rights
Session and device records are deleted when you sign out or remove the device; refresh tokens expire after 30 days of inactivity. You may ask for access, rectification, erasure or object to processing — write to destek@sunucupark.com (answered within 30 days).
Deleting your account
Mailboxes are created and closed by your organisation’s mail administrator, so the app has no sign-up and cannot close a mailbox itself. Settings → Delete account writes that request for you, and “Remove the account from this device” deletes everything the device holds. Once the mailbox is closed, its mail, calendar, contacts and tasks are deleted from the server.
Posta Merkezi is intended for business use and not directed at children under 13.
