Sales and service terms
- Our prices do not include VAT.
- After payment, your invoice is sent to the e-mail address registered in your client area.
- Campaign prices apply only to the first purchase of newly registered customers.
- For campaigns that include a website, the website is delivered within 5-10 business days. Extra services purchased by the customer are not included in this period.
- Campaign packages are sold as a whole: their features cannot be changed and they cannot be combined with other campaigns.
- Users who take part in the campaign are deemed to have accepted in advance all campaign terms on this page.
- This campaign is organized by SunucuPARK Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, owner of the SunucuPARK BT brand.
- SunucuPARK BT reserves the right to extend or end the campaign on its website and to change prices and the technical infrastructure.
- If buyers wish to stay with SunucuPARK after the first year, they can renew at the current prices on our website at that time.
Service details of the packages
- The domain name included in the campaign applies to .com domains; for other extensions, the domain fee is added to the package.
- After payment, your domain is registered for one year in the name registered in our client area.
- If you do not pay at the end of the year, your domain will lapse.
- The hosting and mail services in the campaign are Linux-based. Contact our team if you need a Windows server.
- The SSL certificate included in the campaign is a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate.
- The website provided in the campaign is built on WordPress.
- Websites are delivered with a standard menu and standard 5-page content.
- If a licensed theme is requested, the license fee is paid by the user.
- The user is responsible for website updates and plugin security. SunucuPARK is not liable for any resulting security vulnerabilities.
- Websites with illegal content, hosting illegal gambling, betting or similar sites, or engaged in cybercrime are shut down and are not hosted on SunucuPARK servers. In such cases users cannot claim any rights.
